Clara Pople is a soul/trip hop looper with the lungs of a deep-sea diver, the heart of a Barbary Lion and the voice of an English choir girl. Blending influences from early trip hop to electronica and folk, soulful avant-pop artist Clara Pople is definitely not defined by genre. Using a vocal looper to create beautiful layered harmonies and drawing on her choral and gospel background, Clara’s stunning vocals are not to be missed.
With influences ranging from Slowdive and the Cocteau Twins to modern acts such as Lana Del Rey and Wolf Alice, indie artist Darcey Beth combines rock and roll with shoegaze music.
Darcey's music has a unique sound, created by writing most of her songs with just bass and vocals. She has played bass on two UK tours across world-renowned stages, but now is focusing on fronting her own project again.
