This exhibition will be a series of paintings to celebrate the local neighbourhood and the merging of backgrounds and cultures that are reflected in the local businesses.
The paintings will be vibrant and full of colour to mark the end of a period of isolation for so many of us.
A strong community thrives on the support of independent businesses and people gathering to enjoy what is on offer in the form of food and drink from across the world. Each painting will depict people that mirror the diversity that London is so proud of and a scene taken from different places around Elephant and Castle.
The aim is for people to look at these paintings and take pride in the place they live and therefore want to enjoy what’s on offer in the developments of this borough.
