2020’s festive spirit endures at Elephant Park

From the 3rd December to 20th December Elephant Park will host a series of street performances. Carol singers, Caribbean Steel bands, Brass bands and more will be brightening up Sayer Street this festive period.

As well as entertainment, Elephant Park’s retailers continue to shine and The Living Room’s outdoor seating will give you a comfortable space, with heaters, to relax.

The Trinity Carol Singers

The Trinity Singers are an experienced close harmony group whose singers are handpicked from the best professional choirs in London, performing mostly jazz and pop a cappella arrangements.During the Christmas season, the group performs a very wide range of Christmas carols and songs tailored to the audience or venue from traditional carols to jazz or pop arrangements, and may be engaged to add extra festive cheer for parties and concerts alike.

The Santarinas

The Santarinas are a Christmas loving and soulful ensemble, featuring some of London’s top female session and event musicians. Their sets are fun, personal and interactive, keeping audience members of all ages engaged and entertained. When they are not hopping from one Christmas event to another throughout December, they can be found on the stages of festivals. weddings and  corporate events working the crowd and keeping the dancefloor full. Their broad range of experience ensures high quality performances which keep their happy clients coming back for more year after year.

Brazen Brass

The Brazen Brass Band, based in London, are inspired by the New Orleans brass band tradition, also incorporating influences from other cultures and styles – swing, Latin, Caribbean, gospel, blues… This is all tied together with top-class musicianship and a sense fun, giving the band its own unique sound. Sousaphone player Graham formed the and from the outset, the focus was on spontaneity, energy, interaction and joy.

Colette

Solo Accordion Player Performer Colette was born in the highly musical area of Sliabh Luachra in Co. Kerry in the south west of Ireland. Her musical career began at the age of five when she took her first piano accordion lesson. By the age of eighteen, she had won two All-Ireland titles. Her playing weaves an intriguing tapestry of music from Ireland, Scotland, Italy, France and Eastern Europe, with zest, vitality and cosmopolitan taste.

Carribe Steel Band

London’s Most Requested Caribbean Steel Band! The Carribé Steel Band was formed by musician John Thomas and is one of the first ever professional Caribbean Steel Band’s in the UK.  John has not only performed for the most high profile clients but is also a sought after as a teacher of the instrument. The musicians in the band are proud to be a part of an authentic Steel Band as John grew up in Trinidad playing the Steel Pans; all of his musicians have traveled to Trinidad to master the art.
