The Carribé Steel Band

London’s Most Requested Caribbean Steel Band! The Carribé Steel Band was formed by musician John Thomas and is one of the first ever professional Caribbean Steel Band’s in the UK.  John has not only performed for the most high profile clients but is also a sought after as a teacher of the instrument. The musicians in the band are proud to be a part of an authentic Steel Band as John grew up in Trinidad playing the Steel Pans; all of his musicians have travelled to Trinidad to master the art.

Join them at 5pm on Saturday November 20th for a series of free performances over 2 hours. Find them on Sayer street near Tap Inn or The Nunhead Gardener, from where performances are subject to move around the park.

Performance 1 (20 mins):

• Location: Ash Avenue between Elephant Stores & 400 Rabbits

Break for 30 minutes

Performance 2 (20 mins):

• Location: Corner of Sayer Street & Deacon Street
