First launched as a food truck in 2014, Filishack serves up fresh Filipino street food including staples like grilled chicken inasal and beef adobo in customizable rice boxes, burritos, and salads. In 2021, brothers Jonathan and Justice Cacho set up their first brick-and-mortar store in Peckham, and they're looking forward to bringing delicious street food to their new Elephant & Castle outpost soon.
