With many employees now seeking more flexibility in a post-COVID world, many companies are offering a mix of home and office working. And if you’re self-employed, a freelancer or a small business, you may want the same opportunity to separate work from home life. So here is a round up of the best offices in Elephant and Castle, from coworking spaces to fully serviced office options.
This not-for-profit workspace was established in 2009 by two local artists to create an office in Elephant and Castle that provides space for arts, culture and enterprise. And, in 2016, it launched co-working space Spare Street. Offering hot-desking, dedicated desks and private offices, as well as a public event and meeting space, a gallery and its Sidecar Coffee Bar, this relaxed workspace is great for people to gather, work and exchange ideas.

The latest workspace from Fora is part of the Two Fifty One development on Southwark Bridge Road. With co-working venues across the city, Fora is extremely popular. Workers can expect the same high standards as in the other locations, including concierge service and a tailor-made environment.

A heavily community-focused co-working, café, event and studio space run by leading community enterprise charity Hatch. It offers a place for up to 30 locals, creatives, freelancers and entrepreneurs to come together, work, eat, drink and network. There’s also a monthly business social club, mentoring and coaching available on site, plus many events to get involved with.

This private members’ club and flexible office space is a new venture from the team behind legendary superclub Ministry of Sound. Workers can choose from private, open or fixed-desk options and gain business advice, and more. The Ministry also has a restaurant, bar, heated terrace, sound studios, gym, cinema, plus meeting and dining rooms.

The newest proposed office in Elephant and Castle, will, if approved, be right here at Elephant Park.
The brand-new commercial building will bring 485,000 square feet of office space to the area and be designed with the health and wellbeing of its users in mind. It will also align perfectly with the environmental priorities of its tenants.
