Beza, founded by Beza Berhanu, serves a fully-vegan menu cooked with ingredients and spices imported from Ethiopia. Everything on the menu is authentic Ethiopian, and each dish is flavour-packed served with rice or injera – a sourdough flatbread.
“Our menu is alive with truly delicious and healthy seasonal food, all served in a beautiful setting, and everything on the menu is 100 per cent vegan,” says Beza, who started her culinary journey in 2006, at Camden Market.
Since starting in Camden, Beza then relocated to Elephant & Castle’s East Street Market in 2016, before moving to Artworks Elephant as a pop-up. Now, Beza Ethiopian has its permanent home on Sayer Street and recently opened another restaurant in Peckham Levels. Why not give it a try this Veganuary?
