Elephant & Castle Christmas

Head over to Elephant Park for a winter experience right here on your doorstep this festive season. Wander through Sayer Street, The Park, and Ash Avenue to visit the illuminated path lined with Christmas trees, warm twinkling lights, and mesmerising snowflake lights. Aside from all the lights and trees around Elephant Park, enjoy the abundance of shops and restaurants with tasty food options, shops to pick up a festive gift for your ‘elf or a loved one, and more. #TreatYourElf

We have a weekend full of activities coming up at Elephant Park on the 16th and 17th of December. Read on for all the information you need to make sure you don't miss a thing.

Friday 16th December

11:30 - 12:00

Come to Sayer Street and listen to Tiger's Nursery singing some festive Christmas carols to kick off the weekend of events!

17:00 - 19:00

Clarissa Mae is performing at The Tap In on Friday! Take a look at one of her previous performances for a sneak preview of what's in store at Elephant Park. Heading further up Sayer Street, we have Lucy May Walker bringing some festive cheer before a visit from the Winter Fairy. Bringing ethereal magic to Sayer Street with her crystals and mystical costume, she will light up the night with her contact juggling.

Catch the Winter Fairy at Four Hundred Rabbits and Cheeky Chicos throughout the night. While you're at Four Hundred Rabbits on Ash Avenue, listen out for Modupe captivating the crowds with her performance.

Saturday 17th December

12:00 - 14:00

For more musical talent, find Scott McMahon at The Tap In, Conor Clarke on Sayer Street and Sammie Jay in Four Hundred Rabbits. With skills like an excellent U2 cover from Scott McMahon, a showreel of Conor Clarke's best performances, and a selection of uploads from Sammie Jay, you'll be glad to have 2 hours to go and admire them all!

17:00 - 19:00

Later in the afternoon, find Freddie Joon putting on an amazing show at The Tap In, followed by the incredible Santarinas. The Santarinas are a soulful ensemble made up of some of London's best female event musicians. After last year's incredible performance we are thrilled to welcome them back to Elephant Park! Watch their 20-minute set at The Tap In, Sayer Street, and Cheeky Chicos. 

Lea Baruffato is also putting on a great show on Sayer Street - watch a showreel of his previous performances and get excited for his weekend session! If you're heading back to Four Hundred Rabbits, make sure to stop and take in Kitty Montague's amazing performance. Just listen to that voice - you're in for a treat!

Bobo Social

A dedicated party planner can tailor the evening to your needs, from arranging a large meal for up to 80 people, organising canapes, or putting together a drinks evening. A Christmas menu will be available featuring all of Bobo Social's favourite dishes, including roast turkey with all the trimmings. Catering for all palettes and dietary requirements will be available, so all you need to do is enjoy the festivities!

The Rosy Hue

The Rosy Hue is offering a set Christmas menu with Jerusalem artichoke soup with garlic croutons and chestnuts to begin, hand-rolled stuffed turkey with all the trimmings, and finally a chocolate brownie topped off with boozy cherries to round off the meal. If nibbles are more your thing, options include wild mushroom arancini, cauliflower fritters, crispy salt and pepper squid, and mini mince pies - there's almost too many to choose from! Take a look at both menus to help you make up your mind.

Stay tuned for the entertainment schedule for the season too -  there will be live music nights, daily bottomless brunch, and if you're behind on the gift wrapping, there will be a few elves around to help with any last minute presents!

Rarebit

Book a table now to make sure you don't miss out on Rarebit's delicious Christmas menu, with vegan options available. Start off with a warming soup or a namesake rarebit, followed by a roast turkey or a festive mushroom dish for the non meat eaters among us. For dessert, choose between a chocolate mousse, fruit pudding, Christmas pudding or a cheese board - if you have any more room for anything at all, that is! 

Four Quarters

Four Quarters are available for all your Christmas party needs. With an area of the venue or the entire bar open to hire, choose the package that suits you with festive food and drinks suitable for every diet. With classic arcade games like Pac-Man, Guitar Hero and Donkey Kong, this will be an unusual but exciting spot for this year's Christmas bash.

SoLo Craft Fair 

Find the perfect unique gift for your loved ones while supporting local artists at SoLo Craft Fair's  late-night shopping event on the 15th of December 2022. To make the night truly festive, there will be a choir singing Christmas carols while mulled wine and other festive drinks will be available from the bar at Little Louie. SoLo Craft Fair will be open from 6pm until 9pm on the 15th of December with jewellery, homeware, and much more available from over 60 vendors.
